Samuel Dacosta Lubis

Samuel Dacosta Lubis is a Bachelor of Engineering graduate in Petroleum Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, with extensive experience in leadership and project management. As an XL Future Leaders Batch 10 Awardee, Samuel was selected from over 35,000 applicants, honing skills in effective communication, entrepreneurship, and managing change. Previous roles include Director of External Relations at the SPE Bandung Institute of Technology Student Chapter, managing a team of 24 and organizing numerous impactful events, and Executive Director for the Integrated Petroleum Festival, leading a team of 232 and raising significant charity funds. Additionally, Samuel has interned as a Petroleum Engineer at Harbour Energy and engaged in various broadcasting roles, showcasing a versatile skill set and commitment to community service and industry innovation.
