Leadership Team

The current leadership team at ExxonMobil has a wealth of experience in both the oil and gas industry and in finance. Many of the team members have worked for ExxonMobil or one of its subsidiaries in the past, in roles such as operations manager, supply chain manager, or financial officer. The team is also educated, with degrees from universities such as Missouri University of Science and Technology, the University of Pittsburgh, and the University of Chicago.
