Katie Cortes

Katie Cortes has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Katie is currently serving as the Co-President of Radicle Health, where they lead the acquisition of mission critical human services software companies. Additionally, they are the CEO of KCare, a company under Radicle Health, where they focus on child welfare technology solutions. Previously, they held the position of Chief Of Staff at KCare and served as the CEO of KCare's subsidiary companies, including Stabilify™, Exym, and extendedReach by KCare. Before joining Radicle Health and KCare, Katie worked as an Operating Executive at ASG. Katie also worked as an Investor at Swiftera and held advisory roles at Springtech Capital, LLC, where they later became a Co-Founder and Managing Director. Prior to that, they were the Head of Business Development & Regulatory Affairs at Audacy Corporation, a venture-backed satellite data startup. Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, manage daily operations, and drive strategic planning in technology-focused industries.

Katie Cortes has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Entrepreneurship from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Katie also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Relations and French Language, with a minor in Nonprofit Studies, from Seton Hall University. Katie'selementary and high school education were completed at Episcopal School of Jacksonville. Additionally, Katie has obtained certifications in Series 3 from the National Futures Association in April 2017 and Series 65 from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in February 2017.
