Carmen Kiesele

Carmen Kiesele has extensive work experience in the field of talent management and strategic human resources. Carmen currently holds the position of Head of Talent Management Continental Europe at Exyte, a role they have been in since October 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Consultant for Strategic Personnel Development with a focus on diagnostics at W&W-Gruppe from July 2019 to September 2020. Carmen also worked at Alfred Kärcher SE & Co. KG for ten years, where they held the position of Specialist in Personnel Development from January 2009 to July 2019. Before joining Kärcher, they served as the Head of Personnel Development and Training at Ericsson Germany from March 2001 to December 2008. Carmen's earlier professional experience includes working as a Personnel Consultant at BASF from January 2000 to February 2001.

Carmen Kiesele completed a Master's degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie at the University of Mannheim from 1993 to 1999.
