Sara Cardoso

Sara Cardoso is an experienced HR Learning Service Manager and LMS Product Owner at Exyte since April 2022. Previously, Sara worked at Bosch from November 2016 to July 2019 as an HR IT Training Management Administrator, where responsibilities included consultancy and maintenance of the Success Factors training management system across over 30 countries, supporting local training providers, updating training materials, and providing operational and analytical reporting. Additionally, Sara contributed to the implementation of new digital learning tools. Earlier experience includes a position as a shop assistant at Lugar da Jóia from July 2013 to September 2014. Sara holds a degree in European Studies from Universidade de Coimbra and is currently pursuing further education at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
