Janet Hobbs

Janet Hobbs, MBA, currently serves as the EPC Change Control/Risk Manager at Exyte, focusing on program management for Change and Risk on high-value EPC projects since September 2023. Previously, Janet spent nearly 18 years at Micron Technology, culminating in the role of Senior Manager of Global Procurement Category Analytics, where leadership of a team of senior business analysts and management of Capex and Expense procurement categories were key responsibilities. Janet's extensive experience includes roles such as Enterprise Wide Cost Entitlement Program Manager, Manufacturing Quality Engineering Senior Manager, Backend Cost Senior Manager, and Operations Central Teams Senior Manager-Cost, all contributing to operational excellence and cost reduction initiatives. Early career experience includes serving as a Senior Etch Process Development Engineer at Unitrode Corp. Janet holds an MBA in Management from George Fox University and a B.A. in Geology with additional studies in Petrography and Crystallography, complemented by a French minor.
