Nazgul Schymon

Nazgul Schymon has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. They started their career at ROSA AG in 2006 as a Key Account Manager, specializing in Engineering and IT. In 2013, they joined NP Engineering Services as a Recruitment Consultant before moving on to engineering people GmbH in 2016, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Account Manager. In 2017, they joined home of jobs as a Recruitment Consultant, focusing on Tech Recruiting. In 2018, they joined Deutsche Bahn as an Expert Talent Acquisition Partner, specializing in Tech Sourcing and Active Sourcing. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Exyte as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and Project Lead for IT-Recruitment & Talent Sourcing.

Nazgul Schymon completed an MBA in International Marketing & Business at ESB Business School, Reutlingen University from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Germanistik and Projektmanagement from Biškekskij Gumanitarnij Universitet from 1996 to 2001. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Tech Sourcing, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Internet Recruitment from various institutions such as AmazingHiring Global, SocialTalent, and LinkedIn, with the most recent certification being in 2020.
