Adam Canwell

Adam Canwell is currently the Oceania People Consulting Lead at EY, where they focus on developing leaders to navigate today's volatile environment. With extensive experience in leadership assessment, change leadership, and organisational design, Adam has worked with various organisations, including not-for-profits and major financial institutions, across multiple countries. Previously, they held significant roles at Deloitte, Telos Partners, and Accenture, and are the founder of a network dedicated to organisational transformation. Adam earned a BA and MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, as well as an MSc in Coaching and Consulting for Change from Saïd Business School.
