Agnes Lamberts

Agnes Lamberts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in root cause analysis and transformative leadership. They began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Staff member, later taking on roles in quality enablement and audit management. Agnes's expertise continued to grow during their time at Endemol Nederland and Krüger & Partners, where they served as a Financial Project Coordinator and Consultant in corporate recovery. They hold a master's degree in business administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed additional studies in accounting and behavior change. Currently, Agnes leads the Root Cause Analysis team at EY, emphasizing the human aspects behind professional performance.
