Alok Mhalas, CFA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment banking and technology. Currently serving as Director at EY since November 2022, Alok previously held the position of Vice President at Kotak Investment Banking from September 2019 to November 2022. Prior to that, Alok worked as AVP in Technology Investment Banking at ICICI Securities from April 2012 to September 2019 and as an Associate in Investment Banking at ICICI Bank from June 2010 to March 2012. Alok started a career at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Summer Intern in 2009 and gained foundational experience as an Associate System Engineer at IBM India Private Limited from August 2006 to June 2008. Alok holds an MBA in Finance from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a B.E. in Electronics & Telecommunication from COEP Technological University.
