Anton Karlais

Anton Karlais is a Senior Manager at EY Law, specializing in M&A, capital markets, and corporate advisory. They have extensive experience advising both international and domestic clients on various corporate and commercial law matters. Anton previously worked as an Associate Lawyer at Hannes Snellman, where they focused on public M&A and significant capital markets transactions. They began their career as a Customer Advisor and Legal Trainee at Säästöpankkiryhmä and hold a Master of Laws degree from the University of Helsinki. Currently, Anton continues to advise clients on corporate law and securities market regulations at EY.
