Arun Batra

Arun Batra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Client Service Leader and Head of Consulting for EY Global Delivery Services since December 2017, Arun previously held significant leadership roles at Tata Consultancy Services, leading the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) business process services, and achieving notable growth and industry recognition. Prior roles include SVP & Global Head of Consumer Loan Operations at TCS eServe Ltd, VP & Head of Consumer Lending Operations at Citigroup, and various key positions at National Bank of Kuwait, BNP Paribas, and Standard Chartered Bank. Arun holds an MBA in Finance from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi and a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Additionally, Arun has completed the Executive Leadership Development Program in Innovation Management from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
