Previously, Arya has worked as a Senior Manager - HR at Accenture, where they led HR efforts for over 2,500 employees, and served in key HR roles at BT and KPMG India, managing employee engagement and recruitment. Arya's educational background includes a PGDM in HR & Marketing from the Management Education & Research Institute and a B.Com from Delhi University. Currently, Arya holds the position of Associate Director - Talent at EY, focusing on strategic talent initiatives for the India Consulting business.
