Ashar Grami is currently an Associate Director of Finance at Ernst & Young (EY) MENA, where they supervise KSA finance and lead the People Change initiative for Program Mercury, focused on SAP deployment. With extensive experience in finance, Ashar previously held managerial roles at EY, where they managed annual planning and performance reporting for the MENA region and led various strategic projects.
