They have a proven track record in business planning, governance, and leadership engagement, with expertise in crafting data-driven presentations that influence executive decisions. They previously held roles as Proposal Manager at Michael Baker International, Town Manager for the Town of Vass, and Contracts Administrator at IEM. Bethany holds a Master’s in Public Administration, along with a Certificate in Strategic Management and dual bachelor's degrees in Political Science.
