Caitlin Patterson

Caitlin Patterson is currently the Associate Director of Real Estate Advisory and Project Management at EY. Previously, they served as a Senior Property Valuer at Valuer General Victoria and gained extensive experience in property valuation through various roles, including at Opteon Property Group and Opteon Victoria. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Melbourne and a Graduate Diploma in Property from Deakin University. After a 1.5-year career break in Canada, where they worked in the tourism industry, Caitlin has returned to Melbourne with a desire to further explore opportunities within the property sector.
