Carl Barkson

Carl Barkson, CPA, is a results-oriented strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in tax planning, accounting, and operations within the insurance industry. They held positions as Senior Manager of Federal Tax at KPMG US from 2005 to 2015, Managing Director at BDO USA, LLP from 2015 to 2017, and Senior Director of Global Tax Operations at Genworth from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they serve as Managing Director in the Financial Services Organization at EY. Carl possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Accounting and a Master's in Accounting, both from The Ohio State University.
