Carla Jané is currently a Senior Consultant in Business Transformation on the Transformation Design & Execution Team at Ernst & Young. Previously, Carla served as a Staff Consultant and worked in various capacities, including as a Banking Trainee at City National Bank and a Project Coordinator at ADT. Carla holds two Master's degrees, one in International Business and another in Project Management, both with a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Finance from Florida International University. Additionally, Carla gained experience as a Business Analyst at City National Bank of Florida and as a Graduate Assistant Coach at Florida International University.
