Carmen Adams

Carmen Adams is the Assistant General Counsel for Technology and Managed Services at EY, where they provide legal counsel on complex commercial agreements and manage legal support for the department. Previously, Carmen served as Senior IP Counsel at Hewlett-Packard and Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Wachovia Corporation, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, and intellectual property strategy. They held the position of Vice President & General Counsel at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum, managing various legal matters including intellectual property and commercial contracts. Carmen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Cleveland State University and studied Chemical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University.
