Caroline O’Hara

Caroline O'Hara is currently the Americas Assurance Strategic Talent Program Enablement Lead at EY, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they worked at EY from 2016 to 2021 as a Campus Recruiter in various capacities, overseeing the recruitment of qualified campus graduates and managing the campus recruiting strategy across the Southwest Region. Prior to their tenure at EY, Caroline served as a Recruiting Manager at Primary Services from 2011 to 2014, specializing in recruitment for Fortune 500 clients in diverse industries. Caroline earned a BBA in Business Honors and Marketing from The University of Texas at Austin's Red McCombs School of Business in 2011.
