Cheryl Grise

Cheryl Grise is the Americas Industry and Solutions Leader at EY and serves as the North America Executive Sponsor for the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Program. A transformational leader with over 30 years of consulting experience at EY, IBM, and PwC, Cheryl has introduced innovative methodologies to activate significant business transformations for clients. Cheryl co-founded the Beacon Institute and collaborated with the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School on research focused on purpose-driven growth and innovation. Cheryl has also contributed to publications, including a chapter in "Can Two Rights Make a Wrong?" and served as an adjunct professor at Carnegie Mellon University, teaching transformational leadership.
