Chidi Aróma-Okoro

Chidi Aróma-Okoro is an experienced legal and tax professional currently serving as an Indirect Tax Manager at EY since August 2025. Prior roles include Assistant Manager positions at Grant Thornton UK Advisory & Tax LLP and Grant Thornton UK LLP, as well as Senior Indirect Tax Advisor and Indirect Tax Advisor at EY. Chidi began a career in law as a Solicitor at Ratio Consulting and has held various internships in the legal field, including a position as a Tax Teaching Assistant at Queen Mary University of London. Academic qualifications include an LL.M in Taxation from Queen Mary University of London, a BL in Law from the Nigerian Law School, and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lagos. Chidi demonstrated a commitment to community service as a student volunteer at the World Economic Forum and has also served as a Juror for the Arbitration Council.
