Chris Galway

Chris Galway is a Partner in People Advisory Services at Ernst & Young, where they have led the equity plan practice in Australia since 2003, focusing on executive remuneration and the implementation of employee share and long-term incentive plans. Based in Sydney, Chris advises a variety of Australian and overseas businesses, particularly in the context of Initial Public Offerings and transactions. Prior to this role, Chris served as a Manager at both KPMG UK and Andersen. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast.
