Daniele Colombo is currently the Director of Digital HR Transformation at EY, where they focus on leading initiatives in HR transformation. Previously, Daniele served as an Associate Director at EY, managing global HR transformations to enhance business performance. They have extensive experience from their time at IBM, where they held various roles including Regional Delivery Process Lead for EMEA, focusing on HR outsourcing services. Daniele began their career with a marketing internship at MedicAir and later worked as a Business Development Analyst at CoExport Service.
