Birgit Lang-Santer

Birgit Lang-Santer is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resources and IT systems, currently serving as the Director of IT HR-Systems, Organization and Sustainability at Getinge since September 2015, where responsibilities include overseeing SuccessFactors and supporting sustainability initiatives from an IT perspective. Previous roles at Getinge include Director of Business Transformation & HR-Systems and IT Director HR System, focusing on transformation management and global implementation of HR systems. Prior to Getinge, Birgit worked as Human Resource Manager for ArjoHuntleigh GmbH in Austria and Switzerland, and as HR Manager at KCI Medical, where Birgit led a project for HR EMEA transitions.
