Danielle Desan is a LATAM Talent Consultant at EY, where they lead HRBP initiatives for Tax LATAM. Previously, they served as an HR Business Partner Manager at EY and held various HR roles at Groupe SEB, including Coordinator of Human Resources. Danielle began their career as an HR Consultant at Neoplanrh and worked as an Analyst of Recruitment and Selection at Rede Estanplaza de Hotéis. They hold a graduate degree in People Management from FIA/USP and are currently pursuing an MBA at USP/Esalq.
