Surya Karteek Yamujala is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Zonal Head - HR Business Partner at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance since April 2021, Surya manages the entire South Zone. Previously, roles included Regional Head - HRBP at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, and Training and Development Specialist at Balaji Institute of Modern Management. Early career experience includes positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, Tech Mahindra, and Infosys Technologies Ltd, focusing on performance management, employee onboarding, and learning and development. Surya holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Sri Balaji University, a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Sastra University.
