Danyle O.

Danyle O. is a Partner in Ernst & Young’s National Tax Technology Services Group, leading the Corporate Taxation team. Since joining the firm in 2003, Danyle has focused on developing customized technology solutions for tax regulatory and compliance matters, managing large data sets and creating custom tools for various tax subjects like Stock Option Accounting and Foreign Bank Account Reporting. With a Juris Doctor from Michigan State University’s Detroit College of Law and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Studies and Geography from the same institution, Danyle combines expertise in both technology and tax to facilitate effective communication between finance, tax, and IT teams. Prior to EY, Danyle served as a Resource Analyst for the State of Michigan from 1999 to 2003, and is a member of the Michigan Bar.
