Darci Komen

Darci Komen is currently the PacNorth Talent Enablement Leader at EY, where they have been involved in various leadership roles since joining the company in 2015. Previously, Darci served as an Assurance Associate, assessing financial compliance, and played a key role in campus recruiting events. They have also held positions at Northwest Nazarene University, including Assistant to the Secretary and Academic Peer Mentor, and completed internships in accounting at Foss Maritime Company and Intelius. Darci is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting at the University of Washington and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northwest Nazarene University.
