Darrin Grimsey

Darrin Grimsey is a Partner at EY, with over 35 years of experience in Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) and infrastructure projects across Australia, the UK, and Asia. They focus on PPP and infrastructure policy, thought leadership, and industry developments, demonstrating a strong track record in project delivery and advisory team leadership. Darrin published extensively, including the award-winning book "Public Private Partnerships: the revolution in infrastructure provision and project finance," and their most recent work in 2017 on public infrastructure procurement. Previously, they were a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading social infrastructure and PPP policy. Darrin earned an MSc in Management and the Implementation of Development Projects from the University of Manchester - Institute of Science and Technology.
