David Horn, CPA, is a Managing Director in Financial Accounting Advisory Services within the Technical Accounting Advisory Group at EY. With a strong emphasis on financial reporting and accounting, they specialize in public company filings and capital markets transactions, ensuring compliance with evolving SEC rules and U.S. GAAP standards. Prior to their current role, David served as Partner at CFGI and held various positions at Deloitte, including in the National Office for Accounting & Reporting Services. David began their career at PulteGroup and earned a BSBA in Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Detroit Mercy.
