Dean Phillips

Dean Phillips is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director at EY since May 2022, Dean previously held the position of Worldwide Tech Leader for Automotive at Amazon Web Services from July 2017 to April 2022. Dean's career at IBM spanned over 16 years, during which roles included Global Client Technical Leader for Ford Motor Company, Executive Software IT Architect, and Business Unit Technical Executive for the Global WebSphere Tiger Team. Dean’s expertise encompasses technical leadership, solution architecture, and management of international teams across the automotive industry for major clients such as Ford, General Motors, and Honda. Dean holds a B.A. in Spanish and Politics from Wake Forest University, an M.S. in International Affairs from Florida State University, and completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and Boston University.
