Delli Lewis

Delli Lewis, SHRM-SCP, is a strategic and globally experienced HR leader currently serving as a Manager in People Consulting at EY. Delli has held various roles in prominent organizations, including a Human Resources Business Partner and Learning Program Manager at Boeing, where Delli completed a three-year Human Resources Career Foundation Program. Delli began their career with internships at Phoenix House and Boeing, where they successfully improved onboarding processes and contributed to global HR initiatives. Delli earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Baruch College and a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina.
