Diana Lie

Diana Lie is a Managing Director in the Business Consulting – Enterprise Risk practice at Ernst & Young US LLP, where they have built over 20 years of experience in risk and control engagements across various sectors, including financial services and technology. Currently, Diana oversees multiple internal audit co-sourcing arrangements and leads SOX compliance engagements for Fintech organizations. They are a strong advocate for team development and have actively contributed to the Professional Women’s Network through mentoring initiatives. Diana also previously served as President of the San Francisco chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors and has been involved with governance and risk management efforts throughout their career. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.
