Elke Keeley is an innovation specialist with a focus on enterprise AI, currently serving as the Head of Innovation and Product at EY. With over 20 years of experience in emerging technology, digital ventures, and enterprise strategy, Elke has successfully driven technology strategy and product innovation. Previously, Elke founded and scaled multiple startups to market leadership and has been recognized with honors such as Westpac’s Businesses of Tomorrow and AFR’s Top 25 Female Founders. Most recently, Elke completed an MBA at RMIT University, graduating in the top 2% of postgraduate students and receiving the Vice-Chancellor’s Award for Academic Excellence.
