Emily Mohon is currently the Assistant Director in the Americas Talent Development CoE at EY, where they lead the Americas Talent Review process focused on Senior Managers and Associate Directors. Previously, they held several positions at EY including Supervising Associate and Senior Associate, supporting various regional assurance practices and campus recruiting initiatives. Before joining EY, Emily worked as an Organization Development Coordinator at ION Geophysical. Emily earned their degree from Baylor University, graduating in 2013.
