Emma Bradshaw

Emma Bradshaw is a Partner at EY, specializing in Business Consulting within the Transport sector. With over a decade of experience in both public and private sectors, Emma has led numerous transformation programs, focusing on enhancing customer experience and reducing costs through innovative solutions. Previously, they served as a Senior Manager in EY's Advisory Performance Improvement Practice, where notable projects included a £50bn Digital Railway transformation and a major audit for a transport organization. Emma also holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Psychology from Aston University and has contributed to various consultancy roles, including at BT Global Services and Telefonica UK. In addition, they served as President of JCI Manchester, where they successfully expanded membership and organized numerous impactful events.
