Emmalina Cohen

Emmalina Cohen is a transactions strategy and execution specialist with a focus on HR activities, particularly in buy-side M&A. Emmalina served as Director at England Handball from 2009 to 2013, organizing international and domestic events, and currently serves as a Trustee and Chair of the Staffing and Remuneration sub-committee at Enable Leisure & Culture. Emmalina has held various roles at EY, currently as Director in the HR M&A and Restructuring team, leading initiatives on people issues in deals. Previously, Emmalina worked at Deloitte UK as a Consultant, specializing in HR transformation across global clients. They earned an MA in Social & Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge in 2010.
