Erhard Pfeiffer

Erhard Pfeiffer has extensive experience in human resources and advisory roles across several organizations. As HR Director for Central & Eastern Europe at Dassault Systèmes from April 2006 to November 2010, Erhard managed regional HR functions. Prior experience includes serving as HR Director for Germany at Electronic Data Systems from January 1995 to March 2006. After transitioning to advisory roles, Erhard held positions as Senior Advisor at Information Services Group from December 2010 to December 2011 and as Senior Manager at KPMG Deutschland from January 2012 to December 2014, providing sourcing and HR advisory services. Most recently, Erhard was a Partner at EY from July 2019 until June 2019, focusing on global payroll implementation and transformation, and also served as Executive Director and Global Payroll Implementation Leader. Erhard holds a degree in Business Administration from Hochschule Mainz - University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
