Ethan Schiffman is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in the financial services sector. Currently serving as the EY Americas Financial Services Tax and Finance Operate Banking & Capital Markets Leader and Principal since June 2018, Ethan has held various senior roles, including Global Head of Tax at Morgan Stanley from May 2006 to June 2018 and Director & Senior Tax Counsel at Deutsche Bank for a brief period in 2005-2006. Prior positions at Morgan Stanley and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP have contributed to a robust career spanning over two decades. Ethan Schiffman holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Cornell University.
