Eugenia Kubas

Eugenia Kubas is an experienced design and innovation leader currently serving as the Innovation and UX Design Manager at EY since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading a team of over 10 experience designers and driving new business development. Prior to this role, Eugenia held the position of Creative Lead Digital at LX media GmbH, overseeing company-wide creative strategies and mentoring the design team. With a strong background as a Senior Art Director at FOUNDRY Berlin | Zurich, Eugenia has successfully managed major agency accounts and executed various digital campaigns. Additionally, experience as a Graphic Design Expert at Democracy Reporting International involved developing visual identities for multiple democracy-promoting projects. Earlier professional work included self-employment with diverse clients, graphic design roles at Armonie Love Agency and Bahoma London, and serving as Vice-President on PR for the European Youth Parliament in Ukraine. Eugenia holds multiple advanced degrees in contemporary typographic media and artistic direction, alongside a bachelor's in international law and legal studies.
