Frank Henderson

Frank Henderson, SPHR, is a senior manager at EY with extensive experience in HR M&A transaction management and organizational design. Previously, they worked as a project manager and consultant at IBM, overseeing global HR system implementations and transformations. Frank began their career as a natural gas revenue accountant at Amoco Production Company and later held various HR roles at Williams Company. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and an MBA in Human Resources, both from the University of Tulsa.
