Gretchen Schoser

Gretchen Schoser is a Senior Consultant at EY since November 2024, and has co-hosted the podcast "Sh!t That Goes On In Our Heads" since February 2023, where engaging conversations on life's experiences are explored humorously. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Consultant at Jubilant, and holding various roles at UKG from April 2008 to November 2024, including Lead Solution Support Specialist, where Gretchen partnered with customers on talent product implementation and support. Previous roles encompassed positions at Capgemini, DHL, Mercator, and Interealty/Geac, with a strong focus on systems analysis, technical support, and project management. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Technology Management and a BS in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix.
