Hanne Jesca Bax

Hanne Jesca Bax has held a prominent position at EY since October 1996, currently serving as Global Vice Chair - Markets. From March 2016 to June 2024, Hanne Jesca was the EMEIA Managing Partner, Markets & Accounts, responsible for leading EY’s integrated go-to-market strategy across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Africa. Prior roles include EMEIA Tax Deputy Leader, where responsibilities included overseeing EY’s tax business in EMEIA amidst a changing regulatory landscape, and Managing Partner, Markets for the Netherlands and Belgium, focusing on market strategy and service separation. Hanne Jesca also has experience in supervisory board roles, currently as a member of the Supervisory Board for Topsport Community and previously with Right To Play Nederland and De Groene Zaak. Hanne Jesca holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Amsterdam.
