Hayley J. is an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with over 18 years in recruitment, currently serving as an Associate Director and Sector Leader at EY. They have previously worked in prominent roles for companies such as David Jones, Majid Al Futtaim, and Emirates Airline, where they established in-house recruitment functions and managed recruitment processes for various levels. Hayley played a key role in EY's MENA recruitment strategy and led initiatives to enhance inclusive leadership through the AccessAbilities working group. They hold a BA Honours in English Literature & Language from the University of Leeds.
