Imogen Buchan-Smith

Imogen Buchan-Smith is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in UK and international tax and trusts, currently serving as a Director at EY since February 2020, after holding the position of Senior Manager. Prior to EY, Imogen was a Partner at Wilsons Solicitors LLP from August 2016 to February 2020, and has held senior associate roles at Penningtons Manches LLP and Baker & McKenzie, among others. Imogen began the legal career as an Associate at Allen & Overy, specializing in leveraged finance. Educated at the University of Oxford, Imogen holds a Master of Arts in History, as well as law qualifications from Oxford Brookes University and the Oxford Legal Institute.
