Currently serving as Assistant Director of Global Talent Acquisition at EY, James leads a team across the UK, Europe, and Asia, focusing on sourcing and managing candidates to provide exceptional recruitment services. Previously, James held various roles at BAE Systems, Hays, Virgin Media, STR Group, and Matchtech, where they honed their skills in talent acquisition and implemented strategic improvements in the hiring process. They earned a degree in LLB Law with Business from the University of Portsmouth, following their studies at Solihull School.
