Jayme Donagrandi

Jayme Donagrandi is currently an Assistant Director of Talent Acquisition at EY, focusing on recruiting for the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, and Cayman Islands within the Americas Financial Services Organization. Prior to joining EY, they worked at Compuware as a Corporate Recruiter and spent nearly a decade at Plante Moran as a Staffing Consultant, where they specialized in recruiting for Audit, Taxation, and Healthcare Consulting. Jayme earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Oakland University.
