Jennifer Rome

Jennifer Rome is a Managing Director at EY, where they focus on organizational and workforce transformation, customer and employee experience, and human-centered design. Previously, Jennifer held roles such as Senior Manager/Specialist Leader at Deloitte, where they led large-scale projects and initiatives to enhance workforce experiences through technology and innovation. They also served as Director of Development at the USO, where they implemented a strategic plan for a national endowment campaign, and as Major Gifts Officer for the National Osteoporosis Foundation. Jennifer's educational background includes a BA in Communications from Virginia Tech and an MBA from The George Washington University, both of which they are currently pursuing.
