Jithin Surendran possesses extensive experience in workforce management and client partnership across various sectors. At Sutherland Global Services, Jithin served as a Senior Associate Manager, overseeing a major telecommunications client with operations in multiple countries. Subsequently, Jithin worked at Conduent as a Business Partner for Workforce Management in the EMEA region and at HGS as a Client Partner for a global healthcare support account, focusing on resource and cost optimization. Currently, Jithin holds the position of Assistant Director for Workforce Management at EY. Jithin's educational background includes a Diploma in Computer Engineering from Govt. Polytechnic College, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Bharathiyar University, and a high school diploma from St. Augusti's Higher Secondary School.
